American Lung Association’s Not for Me:
A self-guided, mobile-friendly web-based program that gives teens the resources to quit vaping,
smoking, or chewing tobacco products. NOT for Me web-based program is available at no cost.

NYS Smokers’ Quitline:
The New York State Smokers’ Quit Line is a NYS Department of Health Tobacco Control Program service. It is a free and confidential program providing evidence-based services to NYS residents who want to stop smoking or using other forms of tobacco. Tel: 1-866-NY-QUITS (1-866-697-8487)

THIS IS QUITTING:
Truth Initiative’s first-of-its-kind program to help young people quit vaping. Learn more about how it works and the additional resources available for parents of young vapers and adults who want to quit. Teens and young adults can join for free by texting DITCHVAPE to 88709.
